Goswell Road is proud to present LIVING IN THIS EXQUISITE CORPSE a group show at La Résidence de France in Berne, Switzerland, featuring works and interventions from Archie Chekatouski, Raphaël Fanelli, Tarik Kiswanson, Tiphaine Larrosa aka Summer Satana, Ingrid Luquet-Gad, Ruiz Stephinson and Patrick Weldé, following an invitation from the Embassy of France to Switzerland, Ambassador Frédéric Journès and his husband Hristo Mavrev.  

The invitees collaborate and compromise in the diplomatic space, their works inhabiting the decor of the Résidence, which opens its the doors to the public on this rare occasion. If the domestic space is considered a political body, and the political domestic space an exquisite corpse, where do we draw the lines - on the dining table?  

A multitude of simple transgressive actions challenge the body politic, with an unexpected tenderness, arising through resistance and harmony.
